The primary focus is servicing underdeveloped communities. Collectively, the stakeholders bring a diverse knowledge of more than 50 years of International experience within the IT Telecoms and Manufacturing Industries.

Universal Pulse Investment Holdings is an Information Communication Technology (ICT) company consisting of synergistic strategic business units in the ICT industry. The strategic business units are SpotOn Networks, Universal Pulse Manufacturing, and Muungano Afrika Networks. The company is registered in South Africa and has as its primary focus the “underserviced market” in South Africa and the emerging “African Continent.”
